AI Usage & Responsibility Policy
Last updated May 20, 2026
The AI Usage & Responsibility Policy has been updated below.
This update balances technical realism (AI output variation and third-party dependencies) with strong security guardrails. It explicitly outlines your Zero Data Retention (ZDR) architecture to reassure enterprise clients that their pre-release strategies, brand briefs, and material non-public information (MNPI) are protected against local logging, persistent caching, and model training.

GEOGrow Labs Inc. (“GEOGrow”) provides AI-assisted insights, deep brand visibility analytics, and competitive intelligence recommendations to help organizations optimize their presence in AI systems and search layouts. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to the conditions, boundaries, and responsibilities outlined in this Policy.
1. Enterprise Privacy & Confidentiality Safeguards
GEOGrow is engineered to meet strict corporate compliance standards regarding proprietary trade secrets, Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), and Material Non-Public Information (MNPI).
- Zero Data Retention Pipeline: All user prompts, proprietary dataset uploads, and text inputs processed by our platform are routed directly through specialized enterprise Application Programming Interfaces (APIs). GEOGrow actively configures these connectors to enforce absolute Zero Data Retention (ZDR).
- Memory Isolation: Your data inputs are handled strictly in volatile memory (RAM) to generate real-time analytical outputs and are dropped immediately after.
- No External Training or Logging: Inputs and outputs are never stored on persistent storage disks by GEOGrow or its core LLM subprocessors, are completely exempt from automated abuse monitoring retention pools, and are never used to train, retrain, or refine third-party public or proprietary AI models.
2. Nature of AI Outputs
GEOGrow leverages cutting-edge automated infrastructure, proprietary search-index auditing systems, and third-party enterprise LLM systems to deliver predictive analytics. You acknowledge and agree that:
- Inherent Fluidity: AI-driven search environments shift rapidly. Generated analytical outputs reflect a specific point-in-time calculation and may be incomplete, subject to external variations, or altered by unannounced third-party algorithm updates.
- Non-Definitive Nature: Outputs and recommendations generated by the platform are meant to supplement corporate strategy. They do not constitute guaranteed outcomes or legally binding performance metrics.
3. No Guarantee of Performance
While GEOGrow provides predictive visibility intelligence, the ultimate indexing choices belong to individual platform providers. GEOGrow does not warrant, promise, or guarantee:
- Real-time visibility, top-tier placement, or specific narrative rankings within external consumer AI chat platforms or traditional search engines.
- Direct conversion metrics, traffic surges, or explicit commercial revenue outcomes.
- Unconditional inclusion or positioning in any external third-party proprietary data layer or indexing pipeline.
4. User and Organizational Responsibility
As a decision-support framework, the platform relies on professional oversight. You are solely responsible for:
- Critically evaluating the appropriateness, contextual accuracy, and corporate relevance of GEOGrow’s insights before deployment.
- Any operational, corporate, or financial decisions made based on platform recommendations.
- Ensuring your data inputs and eventual content deployments strictly comply with your internal corporate governance policies and relevant regional legal jurisdictions.
5. Acceptable AI Use Boundaries
You agree not to exploit GEOGrow, its analytical tools, or its infrastructure to:
- Generate intentionally misleading, deceptive, fraudulent, or defamatory market content.
- Execute malicious reverse-engineering, scraping, or coordinated abuse vectors aimed at destabilizing or gaming external search architectures.
- Automate unsolicited bulk communications, harassment campaigns, or unauthorized out-of-bounds programmatic crawling.
- Violate third-party intellectual property, copyright frameworks, or individual privacy rights.
6. External Infrastructure Dependencies
The execution of the Service is fundamentally dependent on third-party systems, enterprise cloud architectures, and commercial AI engines (including Google Gemini Flash and OpenAI ChatGPT) that operate outside of GEOGrow's direct structural manipulation. We assume no legal or operational liability for:
- Sudden infrastructural modifications, API deprecations, or shifts in how external foundation models structure their retrieval pipelines.
- Explicit content suppression, down-ranking, or total index removal executed arbitrarily by third-party search platforms.
- Broader systemic algorithm overhauls enacted by external artificial intelligence entities.
7. Enforcement Rights
To maintain the security and legal compliance of our network pipelines, GEOGrow reserves the right to audit systemic utilization metadata (such as overall token traffic, rate compliance, and connection anomalies) and to restrict, suspend, or terminate infrastructure access for accounts displaying patterns that threaten the stability of our zero-retention architecture.
8. Policy Scope Updates
GEOGrow reserves the right to modify this Policy as third-party model terms, enterprise compliance standards, and digital privacy regulations evolve. Continued interaction with the platform post-publication constitutes full acceptance of the revised responsibilities.
